fix someone up (with…) 是指撮合, 安排兩人成為情侶
”相親” 是被別人撮合, 要用被動語態, 比如:
I got fixed up on a blind date with one of my brother’s colleagues.
(我被安排和我哥的同事相親)
也可以反過來說: My brother fixed me up on a blind date with one of his colleagues.
