另外也有個說法是 passbook
不過大家要有的認知是：在亞洲國家像台灣或日本，存摺是由銀行機器在上面印出每筆交易
但在西方國家像是美國，你在開戶時銀行會給你一本叫存摺的小本子
可是你去存錢或提錢時根本不需要它
因為那是讓你自己手寫記帳用的(也就是說你要自己用筆記下銀行交易)
銀行不會幫你「刷本子」印上去
如果你去美國的銀行領錢或存錢時把那本 passbook 或 bank book 拿給櫃員
他們可能會一陣錯愕…… (這是我本人十多年前的親身經歷哦…)
(美國一切都自動化，連存現金也多半是使用存款機而不需去銀行，除非金額真的太大)
