千萬不要對人家說：Can you sign here?
或 May I have your signature? 這樣的句子
因為你可能會嚇他/她一跳，以為你是要他/她簽什麼文件之類的東西
向名人要作為紀念的親筆簽名，應該用 autograph [ˋɔtəgræf] 這個字
所以應該要問：May I have your autograph?
在簽書會的場合，有時我們會希望作家在書上除了簽名以外還要寫上「給某某人」這樣的字句
(比如此人是親朋好友喜歡的名人，你想把簽名送給別人當禮物)
這時就說：Please make it out to xxx. (你要的名字)
然後人家就會除了簽名之外，在一開始寫上 To xxx 或 Dear xxx 了
順便要教大家的是，假如想和名人合照
也不是說 May I take your photo? 或 May I take a picture with you?
因為 May I take your photo? 意思會是指你拍這位名人，但自己不入鏡
而 May I take a picture with you? 會是要和這位名人一同拿著相機去拍別的人或東西的照片的意思
正確 的說法是：May I have a photo taken with you?
必須用使役動詞的句型，才是指和對方一起入鏡
或是也可以用現今流行的 selfie [ˋsɛlfi] (自拍照) 這個字
說：May I have a selfie (taken) with you?
用正確的英文，才不會在自己喜歡的名人面前出糗哦！
