I’ve been wanting to tell you…… 是口語上很常用的片語
意思是「我一直很想告訴你……」
後面通常接一個完整的句子，也可以接名詞或名詞片語
這個句子用的是現在完成進行式，一般是用來表示從之前持續到現在，且仍正在做或將要繼續做下去的事
